Pure and perfect.
Carine and Neil at Hotel du Vin, Brighton

Carine was the future daughter-in-law of one of our lovely customers. She came to us with an exquisite French accent and strong ideas on her wedding flowers to be white on white with a contemporary edge.

The wedding was to be at the classic Brighton Pavilion with reception in the ever popular Pub du Vin ballroom at The Hotel du Vin. This is one of my favourite venues in Brighton partly due to the lovely staff who run the events but mostly because of the beautiful ballroom decorated in neutral and natural shades. It is topped with THE most spectacular chandelier made from suspended wine glasses. Hotel du Vin - geddit?

Carines bouquet was a dainty dome of white freesias, dendrobium orchids and frilly white lisianthus. We provided domes of highly scented O'Hara roses in bubble vases placed on sparkling mirror plates for the guest tables. When placed on to the crisp, white tablecloths they were elegant and restrained. We decorated the mantlepieces with trailing foliages and white orchids and we placed a top table runner of the same flowers to add a focal point for the bride and groom and special people seated there. The cake was a delicious semi-naked cake provided by the talented Fay of www.brightoncakes.com.
